I found a car I wanted to view on the autotrader, phoned the company and when I arrived the car was at the front of the forecourt ready to be checked over and to be taken for a test drive. The customer service was excellent and extremely helpful. I would definitely send people looking for a car here.

I chose MNK because they were advertising a car with a fantastic spec which was exactly what I had been looking for. However, it had needed a few repairs in the past and I spotted a small issue when I test drove it. The manager at MNK not only arranged for the issue to be fixed at no cost to me, but let me take the car to the independent mechanic of my choice for inspection. This confirmed it was in fabulous condition with everything working that had needed repairs in the past and I took immediate delivery of the car. Not every dealer would be so accommodating or take the risk that a customer might back out after an independent inspection, and I think five stars is well deserved here.
