Visited the site recently to view a car. Is it ready to drive away? I asked, yes!. Well if you like your cars with a flat battery and presented like the back of a sofa that has not been cleaned for 10 years…very sad to see this level of amateurism in the auto trade, For the quality car in question, it should not be treated in this way and care buyers need to be treated better than this buffoonery.

I bought a Nissan Qashqai from MNK Motors at the beginning of February. The guys were very helpful on the phone before I travelled to Birmingham to have a look and were very patient with me while I test drove it and made a few calls to people more knowledgeable than me about cars. I decided to purchase there and then and, again, they couldn't be more helpful by showing me how to sort out my tax online and register my warranty. I couldn't be happier with the car and the service they provided. I wanted to wait a couple of months before reviewing to make sure the car was all good and it's a top quality motor.

I purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander, absolutely love this car! There was no pushy sales tactics, I was left to look around the car in peace. Two weeks after purchasing the car it become obvious that the rear discs needed replacing, MNK kindly footed the bill, this is excellent customer service and I highly recommend them!

I emailed them to enquire about the car and its availability and also on home delivery with many simple questions however I had to keep chasing them down to get a response and in the end, it took over four days to get a response on the matter I do not trust them if they cannot get back to me with a simple email.

i bought a car from here about 3 months ago,i had a funny feeling when i was exchamging card details,after purchasing car the engine management light flashed up in red and car cut out,after endless calls i kept getting fobbed off about it being a new battery,they would not accept car back,i will be proceeding with a lawsuit,youve been warned

After going through all our sales invoices from the last quarter we can’t recall Mr Barry purchasing any vehicle from MNK Motors. This is not a genuine review It’s dissapointing to see people tarnish our company that we’ve never dealt with.

Use at your peril. Car developed minor faults within a few days but then the brakes and cruise control failed on a motor way a few weeks later. Ended up in a ditch and car a total write off. Dealer did not want to know insisting was all fine when sold. Was told extent of his liability was a valid MOT certificate. Absolute amateurs. Only use if you want to cost yourself a load of hassle, cash or your life!

Firstly we would like to apologise from MNK Motors that your vehicle you purchased developed some minor faults. Considering it was over 15 years old and had almost 100k. We implied a warranty on your car like every car that gets purchased from ourselves. You checked and test drove the car yourself and was satisfied before purchasing. 6 weeks later you sent a sms demanding a full refund, we asked you to bring the car back so we could get it checked out, you then replied you’d been involved in a road accident and the car was a total wright off. After taking legal advise and speaking with trading standards we decided that we were not liable or responsible for the misuse and negligence on your belhalf.
